Hey ladies! I am attempting a new adventure in blogging that I'd like for you to share with me - I have begun a new blog, Captain's Log, that I am going to run in addition to "Sunshine and Shadow" and manage in a completely different way.
Basically, Captain's Log is going to be just that - a daily diary in which I plan to include little tidbits about my day, interesting things I saw or did, encouraging things that the Lord taught me, or cool pictures or videos that I came across. My hope is that it will not only provide a way for me to feel better connected with you, my blog friends, who are incidentally my best friends in the whole world; but that it will also be an encouragement to you as well. It's meant to be a positive, interesting blog, unlike the deep, sad discussions I typically sink into here. :-}
Now, this blog is most certainly not dead. I still have a series on Exemplary Manhood and a series on love and marriage to finish up, and I'm definitely not abandoning those. This blog will continue to be the place where I unburden my heart and talk about serious issues with you. But for those of you who might sort of think you like me a little bit (gulp) and are interested in what I actually do with my life, please feel free to follow my new blog! The first entry went up today!
