Hi everyone! Alex over at Alex's Corner! has tagged me with a fun little meme - I have to put together a list of ten interesting random things I've done so far this year, and ten things I want to do before the year is over. Thanks Alex!  :-)

Ten Random Things I've Done This Year:

1. Started playing the piano in church again (yay!!!)

 2. Discovered Buster Keaton, Liam Clancy, Google Translate, The Hunchback of Notre Dame,
and Star Trek: The Original Series

3. Walked 0.8 miles in less than 15 minutes (that's really good, for me ...)

4. Finished a scarf for my mom

5. Started the process of changing my major to something really awesome ...  :-)

6. Gone to a college basketball game

7. Been told I was good luck

8. Discussed two-way statistical analyses - in Spanish

9. Administered a quiz to a senior-level college class (I love being in charge!)

10. Found the denim skirt of my dreams (it looks just about like this)!

Ten Things I Want to Do This Year:

1. Get my driver's license!!!

 2. Drive a gazillion miles to go see the High Kings live at the Milwaukee Irish Fest in August
(Please, Dad??)

3. Plant peppers and tomatoes and actually have them stay alive through the whole summer

4. Pass my stats class  :-(

5. Make enough strawberry jam to last through the winter

6. Finish reading through the Bible

7. Finish the first class in my correspondence-course degree, my Bachelor's of Christian Studies

8.  Stay out in the sun enough that my hair continues to turn red

9. Survive my "anatomy of the speech and hearing mechanisms" class this fall

10. Take part in some kind of autism awareness activity, either online or on campus
