Ridiculous

Now who, in their right mind, would come home from the first day of school, with five classes and a bazillion jobs to coordinate on her calendar and figure out what she needs to do this week ...

... and instead, crash on the couch and spend three hours writing a short story about a girl rescuing a human child being stolen by the fairies?

Um ... would you believe, not me?

Good, don't believe it.  :-P  I'm pretty much convinced that I shall never turn into a responsible adult ...

Lots of love,
Vicki

  1. Hey Vicki.I saw your blog from Vicki's blog Deckedoutinruffles.
I so can connect with you..
And don't say that, you will become a responsible adult.
You know sometimes we need to understand that we're still under construction.God is still working on you and on me.You may not be there yet, but you will get there somehow.
God is doing something, and whatever he does, he's faithful enough to bring it to completion.
So, it may not look so good now, but some day it will...
by the way, I love poetry, and fairy tales..and building castles in the air too.

  2. hahaha, I definitely know the feeling! I have done the same thing before in the past. It actually feels really nice to do things like that, in my opinion...it's a great way to de-stress.(:
Sounds like you're a busy girl right now! I pray that God gives you the strength to complete all of your work.(:
